Hello,
I’m a new Wix Partner and this is my first time using the Community Forum. I checked for this answer, but didn’t find it. Apologies if I missed it.
Everything I’ve found so far seems to indicate this feature doesn’t exist, but I’m asking in case someone has found a creative solution for this already or if there’s any news on a feature request. It seems like something that most people using Wix events would need.
Here’s the info:
My customer uses Wix events. She has different event types that are displayed on different pages of the site. (ie, Classes on the Classes page and Workshops on the Workshops page, etc.) In order to select which classes appear on each page, she has to use the “Select Manually” method for displaying the events, so that she can hide the other events. However, this method displays the events in “date last edited” order, rather than chronological order. (Per this support document: https://support.wix.com/en/article/request-changing-the-order-of-how-your-events-are-displayed )
My customer is not happy that her events are not displayed in chronological order. And she doesn’t want to display all the events on the page, because it’s confusing for her customers.
Anyone know a way for selecting which events to display on a page AND displaying them in order by event date rather than edited date?
Thank you for your help,
Jill
