I have an email marketing automation to send a simple happy birthday email when contacts enter ‘Birthdays This Month’ segment. Will it send on the contacts’ birthday day ir just at the beginning of the month please? TIA

It will send when the contact enters the “Birthdays This Month” segment which is usually at the start of the month not on their exact birthday. That segment is month-based, not date specific, so the automation doesn’t wait for the actual day. If you want it to send on the exact birthday, you’ll need to use a date based trigger tied to the contact’s birthday field.
