Set Values to questions on a form- email response dependent on answers

How can I set values to questions that are in a form?

I created a form that depending on the answers given I want a different email to be sent. The form is multiple choice with an email button at the bottom.

The answers of trying to set up rules doesn’t seem like it will work because it is still just keeping the rules in the form.
