Setting field order in form

i’m having a frustrating issue, in which I’m trying to get users to fill in the following:

First Name
Last Name
Email
Phone

No matter what I do, the tabs between fields take me to:
First Name
Email
Last Name
Phone

Any suggestions? The fields are already listed in the preferred order in the Manage Fields settings interface.

Do you happen to have that number? Seems to be hard to find on the Wix site.
