Signup validation error

Hello there, I have spent some time searching if someone has already posted this in the past but I don’t seem to find anything. I have issue with the Wix default signup for my website, when people try to register the email field returns a validation error as indicated in the image attached below.

I was told it was a password that was too long. it should be 15 characters ??
