Site appears and then goes blank. help!

Question:
Why is my Wix site page defaulting to blank? I load it and it momentarily appears, then it goes to a blank page. I am getting complaints from frustrated clients when they return to the site and I know it’s hurting the business, but I have been unable to troubleshoot this for weeks.

What are you trying to achieve:
I would like to fix my site so it does not go blank every time someone visits for the second time.

What have you already tried:
I looked up all articles and tried to do everything I could to fix it per suggestions, but it is still happening. One of the things I have been told is to clear my cookies and cache, but I cannot expect all my clients to know how to do this, let alone want to just so they can access my site.

Wont even load correctly the first time for me.
When inspecting it looks like it could be an issue with cookie banner or the smart target app/widget.
Try disable them and test again to see if that is it.

THANK YOU! Would you mind trying it out again? I do not know what to do about the cookies because that is a requirement by California State Law. Maybe I can just indicate that I use cookies and not have them opt out. Again, thank you!!

loads fine now. add the cookies back and see if it is that. I think the issue was the smart target app.

Hi I am having the same issues … disappeared for a day and now is happening again. Wix tells all is fine from their end … it is not!!! What is the “smart target app” I do not remember installing this. I have changed nothing on my site recently.

there is currently a major issue with Live sites not loading. They are working on the issue

So how come some sites are still loading?

They are probably cached. Try navigating in them

It seems my site is back up
I did navigate on her site … it worked fine. Why would only some sites be affected and has wix released as to what was causing the issue?

spoke to soon … it’s back down again
