I’m having trouble with
In the Wix Bookings SMS Automations “Send SMS to clients when they book” the pre-installed SMS automation is including a payment link even for free services, which isn’t necessary.
The message for both “Then” and “Else” states “You can complete payment here:
order_payment_link_url”
If it’s a free service, they don’t need to pay and I can’t update this message because the automation was made for me. Any ideas on how to edit this feature or am I doing something wrong?
