Clients need to go through whole payment process even tough when they already bought a plan

Question:
I’m using Wix Bookings. I’ve got 4 different price plans. When a client buys a plan he needs to go through the whole payment process every time when he books a new service (even though he has an active plan with 8 open services). He has to pay 0 € but nevertheless I don’t want clients to go through the whole payment process.

What are you trying to achieve:
I want clients to get through an easy booking process. If they already have a plan, they shouldn’t need to go through the payment process again.

What have you already tried:
I#ve checked all plans and services. I’ve tried it with to different types of plans and test-clients I’ve generated. I’ve tried in the App, IÄ’ve tried it on my mobile phone (browser) and the browser on my Mac.

I found the answer in the community:

Settings> Booking settings> Booking policies> Policy details & un check “Require payment details for booking”

I also have this problem. It is really unfortunate that members who already have bought a subscription have to go through so many steps just to make a booking. I have noticed that many customers drop out out during the process (or think that they completed the booking, but really didn’t get to click the last confirmation button).

The above solution does not seem to work when you have a cancellation and no-show policy. Then the “Require payment details for booking” checkbox is no longer available.

Have anyone found a solution to streamline the booking process? It seem like such an unnecessary amount of friction, and it is costing in both sales and member satisfaction.
