Hi Im new for wix. Sometimes I cannot change the position or size of elements or sections .
Why this happening? Is some other element’s docking settings preventing?

Are you able to provide some more details about the editor your using?
Simply, I ve created an header as a global section in Wix Studio. I can move and resize its menu element in all breakpoints except two. On those two breakpoints, the menu element snaps back to its original position. I couldnt figure out why.
It should be a bug, Because on those two breakpoints, i was designing on the max viewport size possible for that breakpoint. For example, my breakpoint range was 322-390px. I was designing on 390 px. I couldnt move or resize element in header or footer sections. They are also global sections.
After I change my breakpoints size as 322-391, I can move or resize elements on 390 px viewport size. Go figure it!
