Tracking inventory of sponsorship packages. We aren’t collecting payment information, so Wix Stores isn’t the best option for us.

What I’m trying to do
When a package (or packages) is selected and submitted, inventory should update automatically. When a specified limit is reached on each package that option should not be available for selection for the next site visitor. We do not want to oversell.
What I’ve tried so far
I’ve created two collections. One for collecting personal information and one for tracking inventory. Submissions are going through and personal information is stored, but inventory tracking doesn’t seem to be working. Both collections are tied to a dataset within the CMS.
