Does anyone know why the State field is not included with the Address section on the Contact form?
I have seen a post on this forum suggesting to create a custom field to hold the state. When I attempt to create a custom field name State it indicates that a field with this name already exists.
Seems odd that I would have to create a custom field to capture the state.
I found this today as well setting up my site. Anyone know why there is no field for state in the address!
I never got an answer.
Also found the same issue - did you guys ever find the answer.
The answer supplied by support team is that the field is conditional based on Country selected - you need to first select country and then the State field will appear.
Unfortunately it doesn’t work for me. It just literally comes up on customer invoices as:
123 Main Road
Tulsa, USA
