How can I avoid double bookings if I have three staff members offering services, but only two treatment rooms?
We’re rolling out a new feature on Wix Bookings - Resource Management.
With Resource Management, you can set up resources such as rooms or equipment and bookings will only be available when both a staff member and the required resources are available, preventing double bookings.
If you’re not able to see this feature yet, hold tight - it should be available in the coming months.
Is it possible for clients to book more than one appointment at the same time?
There are a couple of different options available, such as multi-service appointments, or using the cart with Wix Bookings.

Can bookings integrate with Wix Stores for combined services and product purchases?
Yes, the cart can include both products and services. There are also apps like ReConvert that recommend products based on the services booked.

What options are available for clients to pay in person?
There are a few options, including manual credit card entry on the Wix Owner app, mobile POS devices, and desktop solutions, among others.
Can I require my customers to pay a deposit for their services?
Yes, deposits can be set up in the service form, and the remaining balance can be charged using various methods mentioned earlier.

Is there a feature to charge customers who cancel their service late?
We’re just about to begin rolling out a new feature that can charge late cancellation fees!

Will it be possible to work with nightly vacation rentals?
Bookings are not primarily designed for rentals, but there are a few workarounds including creating a one-time service for specific days or using a dedicated rental app available in the Wix App Market.
Are there plans to integrate new patient intake forms for first-time customers?
Later this year, the team plans to begin integrating with the new Wix Forms (similar to Wix Stores’ checkout page). This will allow more advanced booking forms with conditional logic.
