Subject: 404 Error on Pricing Plans Page – No Visibility Options

Hi Wix Community,

I’m experiencing a persistent 404 error when trying to access my subscription plans on my site: https://www.skyblueartclasses.co.uk

What I’ve tried so far:

  • I have active pricing plans set up in the Pricing Plans app.

  • The plans are marked as “active,” but there is no option anywhere in the plan editor or dashboard to set them as “public” or “visible.”

  • The “Plans & Pricing” page exists in my site’s menu and is published, but direct links to my plans (e.g., /plans-pricing/one-set-of-online-classes) return a 404 error.

  • I have reinstalled the Pricing Plans app as suggested, but the issue persists.

  • I have checked all tabs, menus, and advanced settings in the plan editor, but there are no visibility or display options.

  • The “My Subscriptions” page in the Members Area also returns a 404 error, even when logged in as a member.

  • I have republished my site after every change.

What I need:

  • Guidance on how to make my pricing plans visible and accessible to visitors and members.

  • Any insight into why the visibility options are missing and why the plans page returns a 404 error.

I’m not 100% sure what could be the cause but I checked against my site and the member area information for me is {domain.com}/account/account while yours shows https://www.skyblueartclasses.co.uk/my-account and https://www.skyblueartclasses.co.uk/my-subscriptions - both missing the account.

For example, I made a test account but I was able to access my account with this link: skyblueart2
