Can I automatically show all the tags applied to a specific project as buttons (on the Portfolio (Item) page) based on the CMS data of that project? The tags should be buttons linking to ‘Portfolio (list)’ pages I already made, showing all projects with that tag.

The goal is to categorize the database of projects on this website in a way that they are easy to find. Labels such as ‘location’, ‘year’ and ‘theme’ are useful to filter through projects.
I have already made pages with these specific filters. They are portfolio (list) pages, where I apply a filter (eg. all projects in Amsterdam, all projects in 2023, etc). I only need to find a solution to showing those dynamic buttons on the Portfolio (list) page.
