Text-edit-window in Gallery Pro is blank

I’m having trouble with
The text-edit-window in Gallery Pro is empty (simply white window). I edited a gallery. The gallery always starts with a text followed by 8 to 10 photos. Then another text and 8-10 photos again.

First I click on “edit media”. Then - if I want to change the text in the textbox - I click on the textbox. It says “edit”. Then I can edit the text, font, size etc.. I did this several times, published the site, edited the mobile version and now, when I click “edit” the edit-window simply stays blank (white) with no text to edit. All I can see is a header that says “add text” and all I can do is close the window.

Have you tried refreshing the site/clearing cache?

Hi Noah,
thank you so much for helping me.
It depends what you exactly mean by “refreshing/clearing cache”.
Do you mean: “Refresh browser cache (STRG-R, F5)?” Yes I did. Didn’t help (even restarted the computer.
If there is some place within Wix to refresh Wix-Cache - I didn’t find it. Can you help?

This seems to be a Firefox-problem

… I tried the same with Google Chrome and it worked.
