Hi there, this is quite odd perhaps someone else has seen it. I’ll save and publish my site. When I log back in to the wix editor, sometimes text boxes, footer text, buttons, etc. All get pushed around… it’s really strange and super frustrating to have to re-align everything…
I’ve tested this on Chrome and Firefox (better on FF) I’m guessing it has something to do with text boxes…? I notice when I take text and increase the font, it pushes down all elements below it when doing so.

You would be better suited going through Wix Customer Care about this issue as it is not a code issue.
I’m curious if it has something to do with the way wix is coded though… what would cause a text box to shift down other elements. Vs just lay on top.

Those articles help. I have been going through Wix Support… they don’t understand and just send me to their generic troubleshooting. It’s certainly something with the text boxes… Albeit if I expand past their set length, it still seems to bump things down. This is in the exact same browser… there’s no reason I should have things “rendered” properly and saved in the wix editor. Then return and they’re rendered in different spots on the editor. That’s why I believe this is a code issue. Why would wix editor shift the items?
Im facing the exact same issue. Its frustrating and wix’s customer support dont have a clue about this too. Its a bug in their platform and has something to do with the way elements are loaded and the speed of your processor, RAM and Screen resolution.
Wix was working better in 2021 then they’ve changed a lot of things which makes it stressful to use. I rate Wix 0/100 because of this. Imagine how difficult it is to rearrange elements which shift by itself even on a published site. Sometimes your website will appear zoomed-in on published site and it’s not friendly to many devices. They have to fix this problem soon. There are buttons with icons which worked properly in 2021 and now are useless. Wix support sucks, you can’t even get a live chat always. You’ll have to submit a ticket and wait so many hours to get assistance. Wix is also expensive but they have poor service. I won’t recommend it to anyone until they fix these problems.
