Thank you page on form submission and redirect back to the page

Hi Guys,
After a customer fills out a form on page A, the customer is redirected to Thank You page. After a time delay of 3 seconds, I want to redirect back to Page A that the customer was browsing.
Lightbox is simple solution but there is no conversion tracking. Thats the problem.
Please help me with this.a
