We’ve reported our status drop tonight too - we’ve gone from Pioneer to Explorer losing 600 points with no explanation (but they’re still showing in points history)?!

I also lost points overnight… I assume that they are going to resolve this shortly.

Wix… please fix this… This reminds me of when i was getting 500 server errors 3 months ago… I was nice enough not to report that to the team… So keep that in mind

If you guys fix this i will be in pioneer in 2 weeks from today since i got a client this week

I can tell you right now that its not a 500 international server error because it would be on the page in big letters… Probably a database or something

Guys dont worry too much they will fix it in a few days probably…

@sewellstephens104 Have some patience young jedi! You are 1 of MANY Wix Partners like the rest of us waiting, saying things like " I was nice enough not to report that to the team" doesn’t come across as very kind. I was 1 point away from Icon, we all have to wait :slight_smile:
