I happened to find that all image tooltips don’t work on my site. And on the editor an option for it NO LONGER EXISTS?? It used to be in settings, & this is what it looks like now.
Is this some temporary issue? Hope it’s back to normal asap

This is an expected change - tooltips weren’t an accessible feature, and with the introduction of the European Accessibility Act (EAA), it was removed.
I see. I had many ‘info’ icon images that give important tooltips. Adding them on the editor were quick an efficient too. There was a simple text field in the above settings pop up, similar to ‘What’s in the image?’. Images’ dataset connections also had this option. Do you know a quick workaround/alternative for tooltips now? Adding hover animations for each of them is gonna be very inefficient
Anyway that act reaching to this matter is absurd. Foolishly unthought policy. Like suppressing screens for people with vision because blind people exist. It’s backwards reasoning

Hi, it’s been frustrating trying to recreate all the text I used to have in my tooltips which are now completely erased by Wix & not saved anywhere. There were many carefully phrased descriptions and all those info are deleted without permission, which I hope you understand is not right. And this also isn’t the first of its kind. This kind of unreliability where Wix could destroy your long built infrastructure and data is quite major misconduct and a whole matter in itself.
For now at least I wonder if you know any way I could retrieve those old information?
