Transferring a WIX Studio site to a customer with the WIX Editor package.

I created a website with WIX Studio for a client. I would like to transfer it. Does the customer also need to have a WIX Studio account or is WIX Editor OK?

I have found a few questions about this in the forum, but no answers.
