I have a site on a regular Wix editor, can I transfer the site to Wix Studio?

There seem to be various tricks, but the current conclusion is that a complete migration is not possible. While it appears possible to migrate only the design via Figma, important features like responsiveness cannot be migrated, making it rather impractical. If complete migration is difficult, rebuilding the site from scratch using the Wix Studio Editor is currently the best option. 
It’s important to understand that the Wix Studio Editor is not simply an extension of the standard Wix Editor. The two should be considered entirely separate environments. As such, the conclusion is that a smooth migration between them is fundamentally not possible.
In fact, I have been working on this process myself over the past few months. Initially, I thought it would just be a tedious task, but surprisingly, I found it to be quite enjoyable and rewarding. The reason is that the Wix Editor and Wix Studio Editor offer entirely different levels of creative freedom, which makes me want to try things that I couldn’t do before. For example, websites created with the Wix Studio Editor often feature distinctive scroll animations, resulting in a site structure that is completely different from traditional designs. Therefore, even if it were possible to migrate a site created with the standard Wix Editor, you would still need to rework many parts, which wouldn’t be much different from starting from scratch. 
Moreover, if a Wix Studio-style website isn’t necessary for your needs, there’s no point in going through the trouble of migrating. It’s similar to how renovating an old house can sometimes cost more time and money than building a new one from the ground up. Starting from scratch may seem like a hassle, but it also brings the joy of discovering new possibilities and coming up with fresh design ideas. By taking a positive approach, I’m confident you’ll find yourself thinking, “I’m glad I did it,” in a few months. 
That said, I personally believe there should be an option to automate the migration of elements other than design. If such an option were available, more people might feel encouraged to make the move.
