We previously purchased a Google Workspace business email subscription through Wix. Later, we cancelled that subscription and stopped using it for a while. After that, we used another provider for about a year with a business email that was not connected to Google Workspace.
Now we want to purchase Google Workspace again through Wix, but when we try, it says: “This account already exists” or that the domain is already associated with an existing Workspace account.
I understand the domain may still be linked somewhere, but I specifically want to buy Google Workspace through Wix again and pay Wix for it.
How can I do this? What exactly is blocking the purchase? And what steps should I take so that Wix allows me to set up Google Workspace again with this domain?
