Update member information by a custom form

Hi, I created a custom form to update member information.
When I logged in to my live site as a member not as the admin all the fields including the submit button of that form are disabled, but if I logged in as the admin, they become enable.

I shall appreciate if you could let me know the reason for this and a way to fix this, because in this way new members will not be able to update their information.

(Permission for the content collection is set in a way site members can read and modify the content.
Dataset in the update page has been filtered by owner)

You can Create Collection with Custom use, And Give Permission To Member as he can Update the Details.

However, it didn’t work :disappointed_relieved: I adjusted the permissions but fields are still disabled.
