I have opened as ticket for this issue, however as they are currently undermanned I though I would post it here in case someone knew the answer.
I have a client who has a 2 year subscription. He runs a mobile food van and wishes to accept online payments due to the Covid-19 pandemic. To do this he must upgrade his subscription, however because he is on a 2 year plan he does not get the option for 1 year or monthly. What is the cheapest way he can change this. Would it be better to just cancel his current plan and start a new one and if he does this will he get a refund?

In this case, he will need to cancel his plan to choose a plan with a lower subscription length.
As for the refund, it depends on how long ago the plan was purchased. Our support team will be able to weigh in on this.
