I’d like to add a 2-column sign up sheet (name and email address) to my site, in the password-protected area, that would allow members to sign up for a weekly group outing and be able to see who else from the group has already signed up. The total number of group members who could potentially sign up is approx 30 and they all know each other so privacy isn’t a concern.
I basically just want the members to be able to sign up by entering their name/email and be able to check back throughout the week if they want to see who else has or has not signed up.
Can anyone offer any pointers on how to accomplish this? Would really appreciate the help! Thanks
