Last month we started a Google Ads Campaign and realised, over Google Analytics, that the sessions duration from most of the (paid) visitors is 0. We got 91 clicks on our ad campaign and 69 have a session duration of 0. I talked to the Google Support and they did a PageSpeed test and told me that the loading time is miserable and that’s why visitors clicked on our ad and left before the page was fully loaded. Is there any way to improve the loading time of our website? We pay for every single click and thanks to WIX people left before our page was loaded but yet we still had to pay for the click. We literally wasted money. I also talked to the WIX Support but all he said was literally that the PageSpeed Insight Test is not significant anyway and that our internet is probably just too slow. Not only we see the long loading time, a customer also told us that our page needs way too long to load. Does anyone know what we can do about it? Do you have similar problems?

Hi Sheyla, thank you for your answer. But this live discussion is not solving our problem. The have this problem right now and we want a solution for it - now. We already started the Google Ads Campaign. What do you want me to do? Pause it and wait until WIX fixes its Loading Performance? That cannot be the answer.
