Website scalability is all way off

Greetings Wix community. I’m fairly new to Wix and I’m pretty tech savvy as I work as an IT admin. I’m in no way a coder or a website designer but I’m very happy with the Wix Studio and how easy this is.

I’m making an inquiry to create a discusscion about the resolution scalability accross different platforms such as a wide range of monitors which support 4k, 2k, and also wide screen monitors, also mobile and tablets.

What are you trying to achieve:
I’m trying to reach a wide scalability on all platforms, I’m having trouble with them scaling correctly. If I’m on a 3440x1440 monitor which I work on. then I move it over on a 2K monitor the headline on the footer is wrong… the videos overlap on icons…
What have you already tried:
I’ve already tried the AI tool to scale everything over but it doesn’t seem to work correctly.

Has anyone had these issues like me? The answer might be right in front of my nose but I thought I’d check out on the community to see if there are any short answers or videos you could recommend?

I have an ultra wide monitor I primarily work on as well. I have a breakpoint ( that i can’t delete and says it’s my primary desktop breakpoint) that is “3441 and up”. My secondary breakpoint is 1001 - 3440 ( this one i can delete). My resolution is 3440… so editing in the “3441 and up” breakpoint resembles my monitor the best but when i click on my live site, it appears to reference the 1001-3440 breakpoint? I am lead to this assumption as my header menu is super small and there’s a lot of open space underneath that is NOT on the breakpoint. Long story short, the live site doesn’t resemble the build spatially.

Yeah, I’m having the same trouble that the name of the company on the header is way off on my monitor then also off on other monitors when I try to change it, even though it’s scaling proporionately.

I took the course on getting started with the scaling. It did answer most of my inquiry here but I think I just need a little more practice with using those tools.

I’m also having trouble with this. I’ve ended up making several more breakpoints: Primary 1920 and down, 1440 & down, 1280 & down, 1159 & down (weird one but I was having problems on various laptop sizes & resolutions), the tablet view of 1000 & down (but this one is having problems too), and Mobile 750 & down - also having problems at around the 414 viewport size.

Super frustrating. Of all the different responsive options (fixed, scale proportionally, relative width, etc) none stop containers from overlapping each other on mobile views. I need a clear:both; option! Is it normal to have to input dozens of breakpoints to get a Wix Studio site to work right?
