In my store, sales tax is included in the price of my products. One product is $500 and wix calculates $14.56 in tax. They send me $485.44. What happens to the tax they’ve collected? Do they send it to my state? I’m in the U.S.
Normally Wix does not automatically send that tax to your state. You collect it, and you’re responsible for remitting it.
Check Dashboard → Taxes in Wix and confirm:

Whether automatic tax is enabled

Whether any marketplace facilitator rules apply

Your tax report under Analytics → Tax Reports
Then you’ll file and remit that $14.56 (and other collected tax) to your state when you submit your sales tax return.
