What is the pricing for Editor X?

@matt This discussion had been quite helpful. I’m brand new here and was confused (still am actually) about how Wix & EditorX interrelate. I’ve been wondering all along if they’re even the same company?

The 50% Off coupon had me sold enough on EditorX to give it a try TILL I realized it doesn’t apply to EditorX. I finally read the fine print when it wouldn’t work. Then I also discovered that I have to choose a single website to get the 50% discount on the “Wix” platform that I’m not even using.

Confusing? Very much so. But thanks to this discussion I’m hopping over to the Webflow site to have a look, Thx for the heads up.

Wordpress is not for sites but for blogs, webflow is better.

there is a way around the pricing but I think it would be disrespectful to mention it here.

Is this really worth it at all? I have a premium plan & domain on the classic Wix but I was really hoping to just transfer the domain over and the plan. Not to find out it just takes a bit of money off. Seems a bit sloppy that this is still only Beta and that it’s honestly not wildly different from the classic Wix editor. Same company charging more for their own products.

Hi @jb_223 , Editor X is new web creation platform for pros. I would be happy to help you if you can email me your account details to hi@editorx.com

Aren’t these editor x Prices too high than WIX, I have went through many websites and forums searching for the coupons and found @talwe everywhere. Whereas I didn’t find ay solutions to the high price. Its very disappointing that they raised the price for I don’t know why. Are there any Coupons or Sale Offers that I can grab. Currently on Budget to Start a business as a Student. I had a premium plan in WIX but the moment I switched to editor x and saw the prices to upgrade, I had 98% thought to go back to WIX. If there’s anyone that can help me, please. the main confusion is if everything that every plan offers is same to the one in WIX, then why the price spike?

Please Help me😫

The hidden costs of Editor X are between 1k-2k a week just for finding workarounds around all bugs and roadblocks caused by bad usability, bad user experience and horrible user interface design and even worse interaction design. It’s ridiculous.

I know this topic is very old, but now two years later I am running in to the same problem. I was encouraged by a 50% discount to leave the platform I was on before and come to wix. I liked the wix pricing alot, so i buiilt a site. naturally I wanted it to be responsive and nice looking, and to use some of my own code. Then I built the entire thing and when I go to deploy, the pricing is ridiculous. Any way there is a promo code I could use for some sort of discount? I left my previous platform and already disconnected the domain. Was hoping to make this a quick flip over from the old one, and now im on two days downtime :frowning:

hey there
first of all, may I verify, are we taking about Wix or Editor X?
Since the platforms are different the pricing will be different too

As for the Wix Editor, their team providing seasonal discounts from time to time

In case of the Editor X, there is no discount offering at this point, still our Customer Care, could take a look over your personal situation, if you will contact them here:
