What is visible to clients once they purchase an online program?

I’m trying to set up an online program for the first time and there is no customer preview that I can see, making it hard to tell what their view looks like. Am I missing something or is there a video that shows this?

I particularly want to understand whether they can see steps of a program that has a schedule. I am launching a course that starts in september and I would like to sell seats BEFORE I build out the steps. In other LMS I have worked in, you can toggle what is visible to participants so I don’t have to have the whole course available all at once. Is this an option? Does it only become visible on the start date?

To answer my own question (since no one else offered any help and in case someone is looking for the same thing I was)- there is “section dripping” to block access until certain points. But I have yet to find any way to preview the participant experience and check from their end what it looks like.
