Basically, Wix guarantees proper functionality when you use the latest versions of the browsers it supports. If you use a browser that significantly deviates from those conditions, issues like this are more likely to occur.
You can check the compatibility between your browser and Wix on the page below, so I recommend giving it a try. So, it might also be a good idea to ask the user who reported the issue to you to check their browser compatibility as well. 
Since this is Studio - it’s very likely related to not using layout tools correctly.
If you’re not already, I’d highly recommend using tools like Stacks, Repeaters etc. to give elements relation to each other.
It’s also important to use Docking/Margins/Responsive units and packages to choose how elements respond when the viewport changes.
