Where is the parallax strip option

there are so many tutorials on it someone guide me where it is
its not there anymore.

Not sure where the tutorial is but all you have to do is select the strip then Change the Background image. Then set that image up as parallax. That’s my understanding anyway.

okay u just skipped the most important step how do i set it up as a parallax ?

Once you select the image, for the background of the strip and it changes, you then click on the image Settings. In there one of the options is parallax.
