Where on earth is wix community main forums? Is this it?

Please do not say that there is only a facebook forum for wix.
Or is these Corvid forums the proper place to discuss ordinary issues with wix web pages?
I have an issue that I can not edit my free webpages account more than a couple of minutes, then I am logged out, and I need to find a way to avoid having it logging me out and insisting on go to another page and login again …after only a couple of minutes.

This Forum is specific to questions about developing your site using Corvid.

For general questions or issues when using Wix, such as the one you’ve described, you should contact Wix Customer Care .

Wix customer care is one of the hardest things I have ever tried to navigate. I just have a simple question about moving photos in my gallery. Is this real? Is there not a forum for people who are just developing a wix website. Please please don’t make me navigate wix customer care again.

@gb1714 Haha well you certainly don’t have to contact Wix Customer Care if you don’t want to! You can ask questions here, it’s just that the Wix Team in this forum attends to topics specifically about Corvid and coding. But hopefully someone in the community will respond.

Keep in mind that sometimes it’s best to contact Wix Customer Care. For example if there’s a bug or an outage. They track all user problems and report them to our internal teams for resolution.
