Where to put my full length terms and conditions in wix booking?

Question:
Where can I put my full length terms and conditions in wix booking, so that clients can read and agree to them before booking an appointment?

Product:
Wix bookings

What are you trying to achieve:
I want a place in wix bookings to put my terms and conditions so that clients can read/accept them before booking an appointment. The terms and conditions are written by a lawyer and cannot be modified. In wix bookings there is a place called “policy description” but it has a 1,000 charter limit and clients can book without agreeing to them. Is there a place where I can put my terms and conditions that fit the charter limit and I can make sure clients agree to it before they book?

What have you already tried:
We have tried using wix forms in our website. The pages guide new clients through the application process, which includes reading/singing the terms and conditions. The problem is that reoccurring clients do not need to go through the application process to book follow up appointments. Consequently, the wix service page needs to be visible.

We tried putting a button on the wix forms stating “I have already accepted and read the terms and conditions.” However, clients can lie or not know where the terms and conditions are on the website.

Then we tired customizing wix booking forms for each service, but it did not work. The problem was that the field options did not work for us. For example, when we ask gender there is not a drop down box option that we can put “female,” “male,” or “other.” Wix forms only has one check box or a short answer flied.

We have also tried doing a subscription model, but we still have the same problem. The problem being, clients can schedule appointments without reading/signing the terms and conditions.

Additional information:
We have a three step application processes for new clients. Reading and signing the agreement is part of the three step sign up process. Consequently, we cannot have clients go through the application process every time they book a follow up appointment.

We don’t want to use third part forms because we want wix to protect our clients data.
