The quickest and easiest option for yourself is to make a lightbox with the client consent form on which they have to agree to before they are able to book any appointments.
You can simply have your ‘book appointment’ button setup to be disabled on your website and only enabled when the user ticks or checks the client consent form so that they confirm that they agree to whatever you have stated on there.
This consent form can then be saved to a dataset before the ‘agreed consent’ data is sent from the lightbox to the page to enable the button for them to book an appointment.
