Where's the lock feature?

That’s nice and all, but where is the lock feature?
You know the same feature you had in the previous editor that you guys are intentionally not trying to reimplement despite a vocal bunch, especially me, has been asking for it back since you intentionally removed it.

Already put a ticket for the public to vote on and despite all of these new features, I rather have the basic Wix Editor that I used before all of my sites were force to use the new editor which I have more issues with than the original. I would pay to use the original one from 2014 to 2016 instead of this “improve” one.

Lock feature? Not sure I’m following. Is this referring to locking media proportions or something else?

referring to the editor since all of these changes are affecting the editor.
the lock feature kept things from moving when the user is scrolling or adding new conttentt onto the site.

Still not sure I fully understand :sweat_smile: Got any screenshots or examples of what you’re experiencing now and what you had previously?

Yeah The sections implements is quite an annoyance for those wanting to simply drag and drop compared to whatever the editor wants us to do. I cannot show how the feature looks or is used as I do not have any screenshots of the editor dating back to when the new editor was launched.

You’re right, there are indeed many aspects of the new Wix editor that are difficult to use… :thinking: Are you referring to the “pinning” feature? With the “pinning” feature, you can keep a selected element fixed on the screen without scrolling.
