Agree! I am having the same issue with multiple formas - conact form which is an essential for most if not ALL businesses & I can no longer access the pdf files my clients need to submit to me for review. These were all sent up with automations accurately and were working 1 week ago and have suddenly stopped
Hey @Leanne_The_Barefoot! Can you share more information? When you say you can no longer access the pdf files - what does this look like (e.g. not appearing in the notification emails, can’t find them in the dashboard etc)

I have had an automation setup to receive a copy of a form that my clients submit which includes a pdf file with completed worksheets. Up until about 1 week ago, I received a copy of this automation to my outlook email inbox which contained a dynamic link to the pdf file so I could open it from my email inbox and reply to my client.
I have just been advised by wix that they have removed the ability to access the pdf file from my email account and you need to go through the wix dashboard and download it from the forms submissions area. This is not functional from a business perspective.
I also had automations set to send a copy of the message clients submitted through my basic contact me form to my email address - this is no longer functioning. The only way I can get a copy of the submission is if I set the automation to Promotional and add myself as a Collaborator (Owner) - I am not able to reply through my business emai I need to go to the Wix dashboard to reply. Again not functional from a business perspective.
No idea where to start with what has been changed with forms, automations and email notifcations in wix … might turn it all off remove the forms all together and just get clients to email me directly. Hardly serve the purpose that I am pay Wix for
