Why does my Wix Studio website look different on Safari Mac?

Site shows normal on chrome, firefox, iphone safari, but completely disaster on safari mac

Product:
Wix Studio Editor

What are you trying to achieve:
Site shows differently on safari Mac, no header no footer, text misaligned with wrong fond and size, the structure is different as well. one section missing. How can i get it to the same on other browsers?

What have you already tried:
I have tried to contact the customer service, tired to cleared the cache and cookies. not working. They said that they would contact me later.

Anyone has any clue? Thank you very much!

It’s hard to tell without a link to the site. Can you share the site it’s happening on?

Are you using any custom CSS, or have any custom code on the site?

I’m not seeing any difference in the layouts - have you got a screenshot of what you’re seeing on your side?

Thank you for your message! I am frustrated!

The header and footer does not show on safari, but when i click the white part, it it there, all the texts on header and footer is white. then there is misaligned text with wrong fond and size. also some section grid is too big which is different from Chrome. one section is missing on the botton, and in other page, there is misaligned text too. what do i do? :sob:

Do you know which version of safari you’re running? It seems a little older.

Based on this article, the desktop supported version of Safari is version 15 and above - Supported Devices, Browsers and Operating Systems | Help Center | Wix.com

it is 13.1.1, i just checked with someone who has 18.4. it looks normal on her safari. i did not update because of not enough space. can i relax now? maybe it is just on my safari? lol

I’d likely suspect that is the cause. It’s looking all good for me, and if it’s working for someone else, you should be good
