Why is the color of every section in my document suddenly now connected to CMS?

All of a sudden, I noticed that I cannot adjust the color in a page section because it was “connected to CMS,” a message I’ve never seen before.

I checked other parts of the page and random parts of the site and see that now every section and every container of every page is giving me the same message.

While it hasn’t actually changed any colors in the document, it also is not allowing me to edit the colors—or even their opacity.

I have no CMS in the entire site. How the heck do I disconnect this sitewide?

UPDATE: Whatever caused this appears to have been a glitch that disappeared when I rebooted my computer. Fingers crossed that this doesn’t reappear.
