We tried creating a new order on Wix. In the desktop version, there is an option to create a new order, but in the mobile app version this option is missing. Why is this the case?
While I don’t have insight into specific reason it hasn’t been made available - supporting features in the mobile app often requires additional steps and development to make available. There’s also requirements and update approvals that are required from Apple and Google stores.
