Why the data i submitted in a custom form doesn't appear in data collection?

-I already set the dataset type to write.
-I also set the submit button to link with my dataset.

Make sure that you have the correct collection permissions .

Also, are the fields in the form linked to the correct dataset fields?

Yes, the fields in the form are linked correctly and i’ve set the collect permissions to form permissions.
But still, I couldn’t submit the data.
Does it have anything to do with the amount of user inputs in my form?

@naldimian Since it’s not working, not sure that everything is “linked correctly”. Please share your code in a code block so we can see what you’re doing.
