Widget couldn't load - brief message

Hi,

When my website loads up, I get a brief “Widget couldn’t load” before a vimeo player appears, though it seems to me that it is not related to the vimeo player.

Any pointers on how I can remedy the situation?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Is this happening just on the Vimeo player?

Have you got a link to the site it’s happening on?

Thanks for your reply! I eventually found a way to contact wix support on the phone, and though they claim they could not recreate the issue on their end, as of this morning I no longer see the error! Fixed itself!
