I occasionally encounter an error when loading a page that says: ‘Widget didn’t load.’ The page then loads blank. What causes this error? When I refresh, it works. This issue appears sporadically on random pages and is difficult to replicate. Why is this happening and how can I solve it?

I recommend checking if it works on the live site (if so refresh the editor).
If not try reinstalling the app or its component
Hi there, thanks for your reply. The error posted below does still appear on the live site - not in editing mode. It appears oocasionally on different devices and in incognito. It is a standard template provided by Wix, could something on the template be broken? I did not install an app or component. thanks
Are you able to share the template it’s happening on? Do you know which app is meant to be loading here?
