Wix and WCAG 2.1 Accessibility standards

I’ve been tasked with creating a WCAG 2.1 compliant website, to AA or AAA standard and I’m looking to hear from other Wix developers about their experiences and efforts in trying to reach these standards. All feedback gratefully received.

I’m aware of the https://www.wix.com/accessibility page, though it may need updating to reflect that WCAG 2.1 superseded 2.0 in 2018.
