📆 Wix Booking App - Check-In/Here UI Problem

I would like to point another issue my client had while using the WIX Booking app in her Yoga classes and hope that this can be fixed.

When you go into any class in the booking calendar, all students are listed on that screen and next to each student you can see a “Check-In” button to check them in when they arrive, as well as “check-in All” text button on the top right corner.

The issue we found is when the teacher wants to “Check-In” individual students as they step into class, instead of working properly and turning into “Here” button, the “Check-In” on any individual students turn all students to “Here” – as if I clicked on the top “Check-In All”

In other words, you do not have a way to actually check-in individual students.

In terms of overall functionality, this problem is not critical, as checking in students or not, do not affect their session count credit out of their paid plans, it is simply for the teacher to have a clear view of who came in and who missed the class, but still, this is a feature which is very important to my client and she feels that knowing who is in and who missed the class should work properly and allow her clear view on the students participation in class.

Hi, thank you for the detailed description. We are aware of this behavior and working to fix it.

Thank you for the information, Ireen. This is just a cosmetic feature, nothing critical, but will be great to have it working.

May I ask just one last thing for you to look at? I hope I am not taking too much of your time!

This one is a heavy duty issue which if it could be resolved, will be a serious milestone to the user experience of the WIX Booking manager or site owner. This issue it at the heart of the booking system functionality and is such an important feature which at its absence, the core management of the booking system is failing to deliver the site owner one of its most valuable assets count, the “sessions” which they sell to members within the Paid Plans system.
