Wix Bookings: my service is planned in my agenda but users can't buy it

Question:
I have been making services for more than a year and never had this problem. I make the service, schedule it in my planning and website visitors can see it on my website. I did the exact same thing this time and my service is visible but there the website says ‘there is no available date’. It IS planned in my schedule so I don’t get why it won’t work… Anyone had the same issue?

What are you trying to achieve:
Clients can book my service.

What have you already tried:
I tried making multiple staff members because I thought the issue could be that there were double bookings but this didn’t solve anything. Tried remaking my services…

What do you suggest? I tried scheduling on another date, remaking the service, duplicating, …

I have the same issue. Clearly a WIX problem because I have delected the service, re newed it, allocated staff to it and made sure the location is correct. WIX needs to fix some of these errors or loose customers like Me
