Wix File Share seems properly installed but 404

Hello Wix Ninjas,

I took over Site responsibility from a colleague which is no longer available to ask questions.

He was integrating Wix File Share App in our Web Site members area. Worked for long. Since some weeks its no longer working. I can see the page. It renders fine in the editor. But when I actual load it live it gives a 404.

I am not yet very familiar with Wix, but I am a fast learner. Anyone able/willing to help me out?

I get a 404 when actually browsing the web page.

I am not sure where else to look or what search terms to look for. Tha app has a page with rather bad comments. Some have problems too and not loading. But I have no clue if this is related. As this is an official Wix App I expected this to work, or at least someone working on it.

Looking forward to some feedback from the community, or any tips where to get help.

Have you changed the URL path of the page? I’m guessing you’ve tried publishing the site again?

Do you have a link to the site you might be able to share?

I have the same problem so am look forward to a solution. Has been working fine up until now

I created a ticket with support. Took long but recently I was informed the bug is gone. Did not have a chance to check ist yet. You saying it is not working yet?
