I’m having an issue with our Wix form submissions. I’m receiving notifications labelled as “Contact 2”, but users are actually completing a different form. I also couldn’t find any Contact 2 submission entries in the Forms & Submissions tab.
Could you please explain why this is happening and how I can fix it? I’d also like to be able to correctly review the analytics for the Contact 2 form submissions.
