Wix Forms confirmation message not showing after submitting form

I’m having trouble with
After user is submitting a form the confirmation message does not appear,
the form just resets. the form works and all leads follow through to the database
but no confirmation appear which is very confusing.

What I’m trying to do
I want the form to show the confirmation message that is configured in the form settings

What I’ve tried so far
I double checked in the form settings, changed from custom timing to always republished changed it back to custom timing republish, try different timing, republish again, but nothing works. no confirmation message.

I do not want to the confirmation message to be a popup so I haven’t tried that.
I just want a normal confirmation message to appear below the form.

Extra context
The website is using a premium subscription with a custom URL.
How can we fix this bug please?

I’ve had a similar issue with Wix Forms. Checking the form settings and making sure the submission action is correctly configured usually helps. Also worth testing after clearing the browser cache, as sometimes the confirmation message doesn’t load properly.

Hey thanks for your input, I tried all this it’s just not working, opted to a popup which I really really didn’t want to have, this is literally what they told me to do at the support chat, which I find absolutely ridiculous, instead of trying to solve bugs or see what the issue was they just tell me not to use it and use a popup instead. So why that feature is there to begin with? anyway, thanks
