Hi all,
Unlike regular dropdown menus in Wix Forms, I cannot edit the dropdown’s design when it’s in a Multi-line Address group.
I can’t modify the text-colour, or frame color… I also cannot opt to use the “browser default” look.
So, it seems like I’m stuck with the default colours (yellow text on white) which is hard to read.
Is there any way around this?

No, not that I know of…
I’m having this same issue. The dropdown country list is really difficult to read when hovering over an option, and I haven’t found anywhere to edit the design.
Same issue as of March 29th, 2024. No fix.
May 23, 2024 and still no fix (other than using individual fields rather than multi-address)
Sept 2, 2024 and still Wix didn’t fixed or gave solution to this.

With the introduction of the New Wix Forms - it’s recommended to update existing forms if you’re facing any issues
